Privacy
1. What we store
For each server where Shadow is invited: Discord IDs (server, channels, roles, users), settings, moderation cases, warns, tickets, giveaways, structure backups (channels/roles) if Recovery is on, and message snippets in logs when filters or staff actions save them.
2. Why
So the bot can moderate, verify members, keep case history, and show Control Room for your server only.
3. Where data lives
Config data lives on the machine running the bot (local files). We do not sell it or give it to ad networks. Control Room links may pass through a public tunnel to that machine.
4. Discord
Discord processes messages and accounts separately under their policy. SHADOW is not Discord Inc.
5. How long
Cases and logs last while the instance runs, with an internal cap (old cases are trimmed). If you remove the bot, that server’s data may remain until the operator deletes it.
6. Rights
The server owner can ask for that guild’s data to be deleted via the support server. We cannot delete what Discord keeps on their platform.
